About the Role
The Uber for Business (U4B) Revenue Technology team is tasked with introducing features and products that empower Sales and cross-functional partners. Our objective is to enhance efficiencies through improved data, AI, and system upgrades. Through this, we have driven millions in incremental pipeline, saved our sales teams tens of thousands of hours, and autonomously onboarded new customers. We bridge the gap between the business, tech, and best-in-class technology and data.
What You'll Do
Global Tool Launch & Change Management (40%)
- High-Impact Launch Leadership: Lead the end-to-end global technical program for the launch and implementation of a new sales engagement platform. This includes technical readiness, data migration strategy, integration development, and deployment across all sales territories
- Executive Visibility & Communication: Own the program narrative and manage communications for senior leadership, providing clear, concise updates on status, risks, and impact
- Organizational Change Management (OCM): Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to drive user adoption and ensure the successful transition of thousands of global sales users to the new platform
- Technical Program Oversight: Partner directly with Engineering and Sales Operations to manage technical timelines, solve complex integration hurdles, and ensure system scalability and performance globally
- Post-Launch Success & Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key metrics and usage patterns post-launch to monitor the platform's health, measure adoption success, and identify optimization opportunities for future iterations

Program & Product Strategy & Optimization (35%)
- Tool Strategy & Optimization: Identify strategic opportunities to better leverage existing sales outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to maximize ROI and sales effectiveness
- Adoption & Enablement Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to translate identified tool leverage opportunities into cohesive adoption strategies, training plans, and measurement frameworks
- Define Product Roadmap: Serve as the product manager for key GTM tools within the Outreach & Automation Pod, developing a clear, data-driven product roadmap and vision based on business objectives and user pain points
- Gap Analysis & Solution Design: Translate complex business gaps and objectives (e.g., pipeline generation challenges, content utilization) into well-defined, actionable technical requirements and solutions for the engineering team
- Data Source Aggregation: Lead programs focused on integrating and standardizing diverse data sources (e.g., CRM data, engagement data, firmographic data) to provide a unified, reliable view for automation and content surfacing tools
Execution & Delivery (25%)
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Sales/Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive successful project delivery
- Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to executive stakeholders and core team members. You can see around the corner of possible blocks and delays, alerting your stakeholders accordingly
- Program Management: Utilize best-practice project management methodologies to oversee the full lifecycle of complex technical programs-from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment, change management, and post-launch optimization
- Operational Excellence: Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for all owned products and programs, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of combined experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or Consulting, with a significant focus on technology or revenue-generating teams
- Proven experience leading or contributing to the technical launch and change management for a major, global business application (e.g., CRM, CPQ, Conversational Intelligence, or Sales Engagement platform)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with the GTM sales technology ecosystem and proven experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to apply a product management mindset to program execution, prioritizing features, defining user stories, and iterating based on business impact
- Highly skilled at bridging technical and non-technical teams, effortlessly translating technical constraints and possibilities into clear business implications and vice versa
- Proven success in a matrixed environment, driving alignment and achieving results across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Enablement)
- Experience working directly with an internal engineering/development team on custom tooling or integrations
- Familiarity with data governance and data standardization best practices
- Certification in a relevant program/project management methodology (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe)
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
