Sr. Program Manager, Ethics & Compliance Investigations

About the Role

Uber is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to help administer our Integrity Helpline and drive internal investigation program enhancements. We are looking for a highly collaborative candidate with strong project management skills and a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder engagement and management. Projects include administration of the helpline case management system, data reporting, training investigators, and collaboration with Legal, People, Audit, and Ethics, Compliance, & Security Team members.

What You'll Do:

• Administration of the helpline and case management system, including acting as POC with helpline vendor, oversight of access controls, configuration changes, updating user roles, and assisting with triage of new matters
• Data reporting, including preparation of reports for a variety of stakeholders
• Preparation of training for investigation teams, including scheduling, assigning and tracking completion of training
• Project management over various program improvements, including implementation of artificial intelligence tools
• Collaboration with the broader ECS team on systems and data projects

• 8+ years of work experience in legal operations, legal technology, and/or legal matter management tools

• Strong program and project management skills with a focus on KPI setting and tracking and experience extracting insights from data, visualizing and summarizing findings and takeaways.
• Ability to express complex issues using clear language and ability to prioritize while managing multiple priorities
• Experience working with senior leaders and executives on high-impact projects and deliverables
• Comfortable influencing discussions at the highest levels and a proven ability to find common ground and align cross-functional partners and teams with conflicting agendas
• The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others
