Sr. Product Manager, Membership Experiential Benefits

Today San Francisco, CA

About the Role

Do you have a passion for designing experiences that bring clarity, ease, and delight to people's everyday lives? The Uber One team is seeking a strategic and creative product leader to redefine how members experience and perceive value through use case-specific and experiential benefits. Our mission is simple: ensure every member not only understands the value of Uber One but feels it-whether during a daily commute, a night out, or a trip abroad. With more than 40M members globally, we're only beginning to unlock what a truly world-class membership can mean for Uber.

As the Experiential Benefits PM for Uber One, you'll design, evaluate, and evolve benefits that connect deeply to real-world use cases. You'll focus on building seamless onboarding and education experiences that help members confidently unlock value, while also testing new frameworks - such as contextual prompts, milestones, and challenges- that encourage discovery and cross-line-of-business (XLOB) engagement.

You'll balance creativity with analytical rigor: assessing which benefits drive genuine behavioral change, which deliver emotional or perceived value, and which deliver measurable efficiency and retention impact. By combining user insights, experimentation, and partnership across Rides, Eats, and other Uber verticals, you'll ensure Uber One feels consistently rewarding-wherever and however members choose to move.

If you're excited about designing, measuring, and scaling benefits that make everyday moments with Uber more intuitive, rewarding, and relevant, this is your opportunity to shape the future of Uber's most global consumer product.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build new benefits for the Uber One member that delivery value within specific uses and drives efficient engagement
  • Create magical Surprise and Delight experiences that make members feel valued and treated like a VIP on the platform
  • You will define, own, and execute the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional counterparts (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and more).
  • Partnering with a dedicated team of engineers to communicate product requirements, oversee feature builds, and ensure timely releases.
  • Working with other teams, like core product, user research and design, to develop product specifications that enhance our membership program.
  • Running experiments and monitoring the performance of new features to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for iteration.
