Sr Operations Manager, US&C Merchant Ops, Retail
About the Role
Grocery & Retail is one of Uber's fastest-growing businesses, enabling consumers to get just about anything delivered through the Uber Eats app or UberEats.com. As a Senior Strategic Operations Manager, you will own the performance and growth strategy of a merchant category (e.g., retail, convenience, alcohol), with a focus on SMBs and mid-sized Enterprise accounts.
This role offers the opportunity to define category strategy, design scalable playbooks, and lead high-impact initiatives that directly drive Uber's revenue growth and customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional partners-including Product, Catalog, Partner Management, Marketplace, Finance, and Legal-while piloting first-of-its-kind projects that shape the competitive edge of Uber Grocery & Retail.
