This is a mission-critical role for driving high-quality training data pipelines that power next-generation LLMs and multi-modal AI systems. - Serve as the primary delivery owner for strategic accounts-responsible for onboarding, execution, and success metrics.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted partnerships with external Big Tech clients and internal cross-functional teams.
- Translate customer requirements into robust, scalable labeling workflows with clear SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage feedback loops, escalations, and continuous improvement with stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Drive workflow design, vendor allocation, throughput planning, and quality control.
- Implement audit pipelines, rework detection, and disagreement heatmaps to maintain gold-level quality.
- Own performance reporting (QA dashboards, batch-level summaries, drift monitoring, etc.).
Process & Tooling Strategy
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement model-in-the-loop annotation, smart sampling, and real-time QA feedback systems.
- Define process enhancements for labeling efficiency, cost optimization, and annotator experience.
Quality & Risk Management
- Establish rubrics, golden sets, and training protocols across domains and modalities.
- Drive issue triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to close quality gaps at scale
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, including 3+ years in GenAI/ML data programs.
- Proven experience leading strategic enterprise programs or Big Tech accounts.
