About the Role
We are looking for an Senior S&P Associate for Online Food Delivery business in Poland who has a broad understanding of the business end-to-end, and serves as a thought partner to local Poland and EMEA regional leadership, while reporting to the Head of S&P for Central Europe. The S&P associate must feel confident working with data and conducting advanced analysis to understand the business trajectory and challenges, and to break down complex topics into clear insights and actionables that are reported globally.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Strategic Ownership: Own the reporting cadence, narrative and materials for S&P in PL and EMEA (MBRs, QBRs, Newsletters, etc.); support specific Poland strategic analyses and actively lead and participate in annual country planning
- Project/Program Management and Stakeholder Management: Help to bring teams together to ensure critical initiatives in EMEA reach the relevant local teams. Be a hustling multi-tasker, driving cross-functional groups to discussions and decisions on strategically important questions
- Governance: Develop and coordinate governance and accountability models to ensure that teams are on track to achieve goals and course accurate as needed, including actively tracking OKRs at a country and regional level and ensuring data integrity for it
- Critical thinking: Be a thought and unbiased partner to the local & regional leadership team to help them craft the strategy (linking it to Global priorities) and to steer in the right direction, fostering alignment and driving informed decision-making.
- Advanced deep dives: Lead robust deep-dive analysis and provide recommendations on complex topics that are broad in nature
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 4+ years of professional work experience in strategy consulting, banking, or similar industries, using data to drive business decisions
- Excellent Analytics and Problem-solving Skills: True owner mentality and passion about solving zero-to-one challenges and scaling new solutions from scratch
- Intermediate/Advanced SQL - Build complex tables & queries. Minimum 2-3 years of experience using SQL for data analysis in a professional environment
- Business Understanding: Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture

- Communication Skills: Ability to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- Teamwork : The nature of the team implies constant collaboration and interaction with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure we are bringing all available tools to bear on our toughest problems
- Adaptability: Ability to work and efficiently accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
