Senior Strategy & Operations Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Operations & Strategy Manager to grow retention and own loyalty programs and strategic partnerships for Uber Eats Delivery People.

You will play a critical role in defining how we retain active Delivery People on the platform and shaping the earnings experience through major programs such as Uber Pro and Milestone Rewards. This is a highly open problem space that requires strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving and the ability to move seamlessly from insight to execution.

The role would suit someone with experience in consulting, in-house strategy, business analysis, or strategy and operations roles at tech or high growth companies. You should be comfortable operating autonomously in a fast paced, high change environment while partnering cross functionally to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Your impact in role:

- Define and own the strategic vision for retaining active Delivery People, setting the roadmap for supply engagement and loyalty
- Lead end to end strategy and execution across key initiatives, from problem definition and data analysis through to solution design and implementation
- Own and evolve major loyalty and incentive programs including Uber Pro and Milestone Rewards to maximise engagement and retention
- Oversee the day to day earnings experience and reporting, identifying improvement opportunities and driving initiatives that enhance transparency, fairness and overall experience

The experience you'll bring:

- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, tech, scale up strategy and operations, or in-house strategy and business analysis roles
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems, operate autonomously and drive initiatives end to end
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders
- Experience working with data analytics tools such as SQL, R or Python is preferred; experience in marketplace, gig economy or loyalty programs is a plus
