About the Role

Uber Health is transforming how people access care through reliable, scalable, and patient-centric mobility and delivery solutions. We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Sales Operations Analyst to partner with commercial leadership to drive growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role is vital to our mission of expanding access to medical transportation for the populations we serve by ensuring our commercial engine operates efficiently.

This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in São Paulo 3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.

What you'll do:

1. Commercial Cadence Management: Own the execution of regular business reviews, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
2. Process and System Improvement: Lead the design and implementation of key sales processes and programs, ensuring they scale alongside the business's rapid growth.
3. Advanced Data Analysis: Serve as the primary expert for quantitative analysis, developing executive-level dashboards and predictive models to evaluate sales performance and market trends.
4. Strategic GTM Project Leadership: Initiate and lead cross-functional projects from end-to-end, focusing on sales capacity planning, territory design, market segmentation, etc.
5. Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, proactively flagging risks, recommending detailed solutions, and guiding decision-making through synthesized findings.

Basic Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience in an analytical role within Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy & Planning, or related fields, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment.

2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields.
3. Advanced skills in SQL / Pyhton and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
4. Proven record of functioning successfully in an ambiguous environment and highly matrixed organization.
5. A "Builder" mindset; You are willing to roll up their sleeves and solve problems by testing ideas and iterating on them.
6. Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build executive presence and influence without authority.
2. Ability to solve complex problems by demonstrating a high level of intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
3. Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail. You help the business stay organized by setting goals, driving alignment, and tightening execution.
4. Deep understanding of B2B sales concepts and best practices. Industry experience in healthcare logistics is a plus.
5. Experience with standard B2B tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
