Senior Regional Operations Manager, Merchant Success EMEA
About the Role
Join the Restaurants Strategy & Operations team within Uber Eats EMEA to help shape and execute strategies that enable restaurant acquisition, growth and long-term success on the platform. In this role, you will work on a range of problems spanning monetization, affordability, lifecycle experience, and operational excellence, partnering closely with B2B Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Strategic Finance.
This role is suited for strong problem solvers who are comfortable working with data and driving outcomes through cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Set the strategy and drive execution of initiatives that help restaurants grow sustainably on Uber Eats.
- Partner closely with B2B Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Strategic Finance to shape and deliver cross-functional programs.
- Build dashboards and models, sourcing data independently to answer business questions, diagnose performance issues, size opportunities, and measure impact.
- Translate analysis into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans for stakeholders.

- Support the development of scalable playbooks, processes, and toolkits that enable consistent execution across EMEA.
- Keep restaurant needs at the center of decision-making, balancing growth, profitability, and long-term success.
What You'll Need
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous business problems and drive structured solutions.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally to influence outcomes.
- Comfort working with data to answer business questions, evaluate performance, and inform decisions independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Experience partnering closely with Product to shape or influence tech roadmaps.
- Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or online food delivery platforms.
