About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager for Site Technology at Uber, you will spearhead high-impact, org-wide initiatives focused on implementation and optimization of Audio/Visual (A/V), Network, and on-prem IT technologies across our global footprint of over 300 offices. Based within the Digital Experience team, you will own and drive project execution for integrating these critical infrastructure technologies.
Your primary focus will be leading projects to ensure seamless and standardized deployment of A/V, network, and on-prem IT solutions. You will work closely with Workplace and business leaders to align cross-functional teams and ensure delivery with measurable outcomes.
You will champion efficient execution, track progress against key metrics, proactively resolve blockers, manage risks, and communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to energize teams towards ambitious goals, ultimately ensuring Uber's physical spaces are technologically robust and efficient.

- Drive execution excellence, tracking progress rigorously, identifying and resolving dependencies or roadblocks, evaluating risks, and ensuring clear communication of status and outcomes to leadership.
- Develop a strong understanding of A/V, Network, and on-prem IT capabilities and technical implementations at an architectural level to guide teams and ensure deployed solutions meet our robust and scalable standards.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure site technology initiatives align with user requirements and deliver tangible benefits.
- Champion best practices in program management and site technology implementation, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the Digital Experience organization.
- Oversee implementation of standardized A/V and/or corporate network solutions across new office builds, expansions, and renovations.
- Provide basic markups related to on-prem technology on architectural drawings, ensuring accurate placement and integration of IT infrastructure.
- Manage local 3rd party system integrators and oversee their implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to Uber's standards and project timelines.
- Manage IT aspects of office MACs (Moves, Adds, Changes) including cabling, network, and AV equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., facilities, HR) and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT services for office MACs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures related to office MACs and new deployments.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures during all office MAC activities and new technology implementations.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather requirements and evaluate existing infrastructure.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
