Senior Product Manager, Wayfinding and Rendezvous

Today Flexible / Remote

About the Role

- Create trusted first and last 100m wayfinding experiences for complex venues, autonomous vehicles and shared rides.
- Deliver reliable, low-friction rendezvous between riders and drivers reducing defects like "wrong rider", "can't find car", and late arrivals.
- Work across multiple teams and lead the execution end to end to deliver delightful user experiences that power billions of trips every year.

What the Candidate Will Do

Craft the vision, strategy, and roadmap and drive outcomes through metrics and experimentation:

- Define, instrument, and track KPIs such as pickup success rate, walking completion, wrong-rider / can't-find-car defects, last-100m time, and map engagement.
- Use quantitative analysis, qualitative insights, and rigorous experimentation to continuously refine product directions.

Lead cross-team and cross-functional execution from 0→1 to scale:

- Translate the vision into clear problem statements, PRDs, requirements, and phased milestones for engineering and design not just on your team but for other teams as needed.
- Manage trade-offs across global markets, modalities (rides, delivery, AV), and lines of business to build scalable, reusable platforms rather than bespoke implementations.
- Partner with regional operations and support teams to ensure products are adoptable, operable, and successful in the field.

Champion customer obsession and quality:

- Use UX research, trip observations, ride-alongs, and driver/eater feedback to deeply understand real-world pain points at the curb and on foot.
