Senior Product Manager, Uber Pro
About the Role
Uber Pro is Uber's worldwide reward system for drivers. The Pro team's mission is to reward high quality drivers to deliver the best possible rider experience.
As a Product Manager in this role, you'll help shape how drivers strive for valuable financial and third party rewards. You'll identify, launch, and tune requirements for drivers to achieve. You'll balance requirements with valuable rewards, partnering with teams inside and outside of Uber to deliver. You'll coordinate other teams to manage Uber Pro worldwide, partnering closely with local stakeholders.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility team that owns a key lever for financial outcomes for 9M monthly active earners.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Identify levers: Tap data, research, and local teams to identify levers to maximize drover success and business value around the world.
- Scale: Guide expansion and tuning of Uber Pro updates as they scale internationally.
- Align teams: Work closely with teams across Uber including Eng, Data Science, and Operations to align business and product strategy.
- Execute: Translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes.
- Contribute: Partner closely with other Loyalty teams on the loyalty tech platform.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience working with design on complex UI challenges
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience building consumer products. This is a user-focused role, so experience delivering highly successful and creative mobile user-facing products is a must.
- Experience using data to drive strategic decisions. This is a complex problem space, requiring experience with experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience reward systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in workforce management.
- Deep understanding of marketplace mechanics.
- Program management experience for scaled technology products.
- Experience launching products 0-1.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
