Senior Product Manager, Earner Onboarding
About the Team
The Earner Onboarding team sits at the heart of the earner lifecycle and plays a foundational role in Uber's global growth. We are responsible for the first-touch experience for every driver and courier, when people decide whether Uber is a platform they want to invest their time, earn with, and make it part of their livelihood. We enable efficient supply growth by enabling users access to earning opportunities, by setting them up for success, by reducing friction and drop-off in onboarding, while also ensuring robust identity verification to prevent fraud and protect users in our platform. About the Role

This role requires strong judgment to navigate complex trade-offs and the ability to create simplicity from a lot of complexity. Your mission will be to make becoming an earner on Uber as seamless as possible, while ensuring the safety of our platform.
