Senior Product Manager - Earner Engagement
About the Role
Uber's Loyalty programs (Uber Pro, Uber Eats Pro) are a key lever for improving driver engagement, supply quality, and long-term marketplace health.
This role owns the core driver experience of loyalty programs in the Uber Driver app, including progress tracking, program surfaces (e.g., homepage), and the platform for onboarding and experimenting with new user trials. You will define how drivers understand, access, and engage with rewards, and build systems that enable scalable experimentation across global markets.
You will work closely with Design, Data Science, and Engineering to create personalized, high-impact experiences that connect incentives to meaningful behavior change-while balancing marketplace efficiency.

1. Improve discoverability, clarity, and motivation across key surfaces

1. 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on engagement, growth, or consumer products
2. Experience owning end-to-end user experiences in mobile applications
3. Strong track record of experimentation and data-driven decision-making
4. Experience building products that require coordination across multiple teams
5. Ability to define and execute strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
