Senior Product Manager, Airports Marketplace Matching
About the Role
Airports are one of the most complex and high-impact environments for Uber. Millions of riders and drivers rely on smooth airport trips every day, and delivering magical, reliable experiences here is critical to our growth.
As Senior Product Manager for Airports, you will define and execute the product strategy for how Uber operates in airports marketplaces globally. You'll lead the vision for evolving our Rider-Driver matching, pricing, and ML-driven marketplace systems, while also designing world-class customer experiences at some of the busiest and most challenging venues in the world.
This role blends marketplace economics, system design, and consumer experience-requiring both technical depth and a deep empathy for riders and earners. You'll work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, design, operations, and policy teams to deploy solutions at scale across diverse global markets.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Experience with marketplace dynamics, transportation, travel, or regulated operational environments (e.g., airports, venues).
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; comfort working directly with data scientists on datasets and experimentation frameworks.
- Balance of strategic thinking and systems design, with passion for creating best-in-class user experiences.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with consumer tech products, ideally at scale.
- Strong analytical skills; able to design, interpret, and act on data-driven experiments.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership; proven track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year.
