Senior Operations Manager, Driver Growth, EMEA

About the Role

The Senior Regional Operations Manager, Driver Growth role is a critical role within the organisation. In this role, you will shape and deliver the supply acquisition strategy for the region by improving the onboarding experience of drivers across EMEA.

You will work closely with a broad set of cross-functional partners across Product, Support, Risk, Tax, Legal, In-Market Operations teams and more. You will contribute to setting the vision, direction, and priorities for the Driver Growth team more generally.

What the Candidate Will Do:

  1. Shape and deliver supply acquisition strategy by improving the onboarding experience of drivers across EMEA. This would include understanding & removing onboarding friction points, monitoring funnel conversion health, designing scalable processes for markets in the region, etc.
  2. Be the primary driver for identifying funnel optimization opportunities (across product, content, funnel UX, docs-related workstreams, etc.), and influencing cross-functional roadmaps.
  3. You will play a leading role in testing, implementing, and rolling out product and process-changes related improvements to onboarding. You'll work closely with Community Operations (support) to influence the roadmap for onboarding-related support. You will also engage with in-market Operations teams to co-develop market strategy & with Product to craft/inform new product development.
  4. You'll evaluate in-funnel users' intent & needs, and make recommendations to increase motivation (through information, incentives, etc.) and reduce friction (through in-funnel support, UX improvements, etc.) in the onboarding process.

What the Candidate Will Do:
  1. Min 5 years of experience in technology/consulting/or other fast-paced operational environments.
  2. Ownership: You have a strong ownership mentality, always taking responsibility for what's on your roadmap, the outcomes, and being empowered to make the decisions that will lead to those outcomes.
  3. Partnership with Product: You have experience working with the Product & Tech teams and have been involved with product/feature launches or rollouts.
  4. Project Management: You are a skilled project manager, and can implement cross-functional projects, influencing roadmaps to ensure we offer the best in-class onboarding to our earners. You are process-driven & can convert ambiguous business requirements into structured business processes with standard operating procedures.
  5. Stakeholder Management: You are good at working with diverse teams (Product, CRM, Legal, etc.), understanding different perspectives and building solutions together.
  6. Strategic Mindset: You are able to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day to day while defining and leading the future direction. Ability to translate strategies into detailed execution plans and to take them to its desired outcomes.
  7. Strong analytical skills: You'll have experience dealing with complex data sets using Gsheet, Excel, SQL; validating insights and synthesising recommendations.

  3. Bonus: Experience in central or local operations, particularly in a Growth or Marketplace role is a strong plus.
