You will be instrumental in capturing untapped potential and revitalizing the market with our innovative solutions and B2B services.

About the Role

We're looking for a senior B2B sales professional with a proven track record of driving new business. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes acquisition and possesses an unwavering growth mindset. As a key player in building Uber's B2B presence in South Korea, you will be relentless in your pursuit to bend the growth curve.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle: from analyzing the market fit and executing prospecting strategies to connecting with decision-makers, driving pipeline movement, and ensuring post-adoption success. Your ultimate goal is to fully empower organizations in South Korea with the power of Uber.

Your Impact in Role

  • Prospect, pitch, and sell to Mid-Market businesses (250-2,000 employees).
  • Articulate and deliver the value of the Uber for Business platform to corporate customers.
  • Lead the entire sales motion, including qualification, education, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Proactively build, manage and accelerate a robust pipeline of opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Prioritize and engage with key decision-makers to accelerate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective account launches and successful deal closures.
  • Continuously assess customer needs and align our value proposition to drive ongoing adoption.

What You Will Need

  • Native-level Korean language ability with business-level English.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales and quota-carrying experience.
  • The ability to operate with speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Strong commercial acumen and mature sales pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated and able to independently manage the full sales process from end to end.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of overachieving sales quotas is preferred
  • Previous experience in a startup or B2B SaaS environment is preferred
