Senior Merchant Operations Manager, Retail Integrations & Aggregators
About the Team:
Grocery & Retail is a fast-growing startup within Uber that enables consumers to get just about anything delivered through the Uber Eats app or UberEats.com. As a Senior Merchant Operations Manager focused on Aggregation & Integration Partnerships, you will be directly responsible for aggregator merchant performance and growth, speed to launch, and operational tooling.
About the Role:
You will work cross-functionally with other teams (Product, Business Development, Account Management, Legal, Support) to lead high-impact enablement work that can scale these partnerships to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

- Own end-to-end operational workflows post-partnership (i.e., account creation, storefront configuration, and integration QA)
- Ensure integration processes are scalable, reliable, and fast to deploy for new merchants
Operational Insights & Tooling
- Build dashboards and tracking to monitor merchant and aggregator performance
- Use data and field insights to identify friction and drive improvements
Merchant Performance & Growth via Aggregators
- Maximize GMV and merchant success from aggregator channels
- Identify and drive improvements in conversion, uptime, menu quality, and order flow
Speed to Launch
- Reduce time to get new merchants live via integrations
- Build repeatable processes to accelerate onboarding at scale
Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with Product, Business Development, and Integrations teams to translate partnership agreements into operational reality
- Act as the operational lead ensuring clean handoffs from partnership through execution
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a related field (GTM strategy, analytics, tech, operations)
- Proficiency within Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency within SQL
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency within AI tools with experience utilizing for data automation, business planning and more
- Previous experience with managing complex data sets
- Experience working with Product and Commercial teams
- Previous client-facing experience
- Tech industry experience
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$118,000 per year - USD$131,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
