Senior Franchisee Account Manager, Uber Eats, France

Yesterday Paris, France

As a Senior Franchisee Account Manager, you'll run a book of 80-100 franchisee groups and act as their commercial partner on the delivery channel: Diagnosing their performance, identifying the highest-impact levers, and converting them into measurable topline growth.

You'll spend roughly half your time in the field and on the phone with operators, and the other half planning, analyzing, and sharpening the next move.

What you'll do

- Own your franchisee portfolio growth: identify opportunities and drive levers (pricing, promos, ads, ops, hours) for profitable, sustainable performance.
- Sell daily: structured outreach, strong discovery, pitching and closing (≈50% of time in field/calls).
- Run disciplined sales ops: account plans, Salesforce tracking, pipeline management, and conversion ownership.
- Execute strategy locally: adapt HQ priorities to each franchisee using data and local insights.
- Continuously improve: analyze performance, refine approach, and optimize results week over week.
- Support team growth: share best practices and act as a reference for peers.
- Leverage data: build insights, validate recommendations, and demonstrate impact.
- Lead business reviews: align on performance, priorities, and secure commitments.
- Represent the field internally: share insights with Ops, Product, and Marketing.

Basic qualifications

- 5+ years in account management, consultative sales, or business development (book-of-business model preferred).
- Strong sales skills: structured discovery, pitching, closing, and proven impact on conversion metrics.
- Highly organized and autonomous, able to manage a large portfolio effectively.
- Solid CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar) and pipeline management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel/GSheets skills; able to build business cases independently.
- Fluent in French & English; based in Paris with willingness to travel.
- Bonus: experience in franchise networks, QSR, restaurant tech, digital media, or ads platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
