About the Role

The Business Enablement team sits within the Finance organization and partners closely with Accounting, Product, Engineering, Tax, and other cross-functional teams to ensure new initiatives and system changes are operationally and financially sound. We manage a robust project pipeline, ensuring upstream changes are properly integrated into financial systems and processes. Our mission is to streamline cross-functional execution, improve data integrity, and enable scalable financial operations across the business.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Business Enablement team. This role requires a blend of project management, analytical, and financial acumen to manage our project pipeline and ensure seamless communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will oversee project tracking in Jira, support monthly leadership reporting, and bring analytical rigor to decision-making through clear, data-driven insights. Strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of financial and operational processes, and proficiency in developing polished presentations (Google Slides) are essential.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Drive the Business Enablement project pipeline, ensuring all incoming initiatives are properly documented, prioritized, and tracked through Jira or similar tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams - including Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, Tax, and Legal - to gather requirements, assess impacts, and ensure seamless system and process integrations.
  • Support monthly leadership meetings by preparing clear, data-driven presentations in Google Slides that highlight key financial and operational insights.
  • Conduct analytical reviews and develop recommendations that inform trade-offs, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making across projects.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance collaboration across Finance and Accounting functions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in finance, project management, accounting, business operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Working knowledge of financial and accounting principles and how they apply to business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or workflows using tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience building executive-ready materials in Google Slides or similar tools.
  • SQL intermediate skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English and fluent Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives between Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to navigate system integrations or process changes within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Prior experience in a Business Enablement, FP&A, or Accounting Operations environment.
