Senior Account Manager, Eats Global
About the Role
The Global Delivery Partnerships team is looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to manage the largest global relationships in the restaurant vertical, such as Starbucks, RBI, McDonald's & Yum! Brands.
As a Senior Partner Manager, you will work in a client-facing role to drive partnership expansion through demand generation, pitch and upsell strategy, and operational excellence. Partner Managers work cross-functionally with Partner Engineers, Operations, Product, and Marketing to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and our strategic merchant partners.

What You'll Do
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to hit quarterly growth targets while consistently identifying new ways to add value to existing enterprise relationships.
- Champion Operational Excellence: Collaborate with our reliability and internal data teams to identify insights and action plans that improve delivery timeliness, completion rates, and overall operational health.
- Influence at the C-Level: Build and nurture strong relationships with executive stakeholders, employing critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate complex negotiations and difficult conversations.
- Leverage Data & Insights: Bring your analytical "A-game" to model business scenarios, track initiative impact, and provide data-backed consultation on trends to partners.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer, navigating internal processes with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to drive key initiatives and unlock growth for restaurant partners.
- Expand Product Adoption: creative differentiate our offerings and drive the adoption of new products that align with partner goals.
- Be an Industry Expert: Stay ahead of media and marketing trends, maintaining subject-matter expertise in the Enterprise/Global Third-Party Delivery (3PD) space.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in enterprise account management, partnerships, or business development.
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven ability to define, negotiate, and execute complex commercial contracts with partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise Experience: Proven experience partnering with or selling into complex enterprise organizations, specifically within online food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive quarterly and annual sales and marketing strategies.
- Executive Influence: Experience securing buy-in from C-level executives and external partners by utilizing data to consult on core business objectives.
- Franchise Operations: A strong track record of navigating and influencing distributed franchise organizations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in leveraging analytics to quantify opportunities, forecast trends, and influence stakeholder decision-making.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional listening, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with resourcefulness and a self-starter mentality.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year.
