Sales Solutions Manager (Pre-Sales), Delivery Commercial Operations
About the Role
The Global Sales Solutions Manager plays a critical role executing high-impact Uber Delivery wide digital led transformation initiative and continuously improving digital experience for our Commercial teams, and ensuring business values are delivered to the organization.
You will work with cross-functional leads from Business Stakeholders, Center of Excellence, Technical Solution Architect(s), Business Technology Engineering(IT), Analytics, Regional Ops, Change Management, to design, build, deploy the future state business capabilities in a continuous improvement motion.
As a Sales Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements, managing backlog, prioritizing features based on Commercial needs and business value, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and measuring OKRs. You will be accountable to the success of each feature release from UAT, hypercare, and capturing the ongoing voice of customers.

\-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ----
01. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, managing backlog, prioritizing features based on Commercial needs and business value, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and measuring OKRs
02. You will be accountable to the success of each feature release end-to-end, from user stories creation, feature planning, UAT, hypercare support, and measuring business value delivered
03. Ensuring that our suite of sales applications deliver business capabilities that meet the needs of our customers
04. Gather, analyze feedback from different stakeholders, then create user stories, maintain backlog, plan and prioritize business capabilities development that align with business strategy
05. Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams, develop feature-release plans, and set expectations for delivery of new and/or updated features
06. Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with the development team

07. Create and maintain UAT library and prioritize defects
08. Be a problem solver - help identify problems as they arise, be able to lead and contribute to solutions to these problems, be they technical, process, and/or logistical
09. Identify gaps or conflicts in requirements, handle risks & UAT defects and drive toward resolution.
10. Partner with Training and Enablement to ensure systems training content is accurate and its readiness
11. Act as the primary point of contact for the development team and stakeholders regarding business application-capabilities and related issues
12. Have strong business acumen, serve as an ambassador to help drive future state process and tech adoption with our cross-functional teams
13. Develop thought partnership with BTE (aka IT) and Commercial leads, leveraging AI in combination of different business applications to help accelerate our digital transformation
\-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ----
1. 5+ years as a Product Owner/Business Systems Analysts role for Salesforce or similar SaaS platforms as well as have worked with different teams across engineering, design and business in a complex organization matrix environment
2. Experience leading complex, large scale cross-teams, cross-functional initiatives that involved process improvements in sales, marketing, finance, operations for B2B
3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with track record of using objective data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and decisions
4. Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, CPQ, Genesys Cloud, Dialpad, Groove and Salesforce, SaaS and or similar platforms
5. Bachelors Degree Obtained
\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----
1. Experience with vendor management for both products and professional services areas - preferred
2. Experience as technical program management/project management
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to deliver program status, roadmaps, business outcomes & impacts, and metrics
4. Knowledge of Compliance (SOX, GDPR, PII), Scaled Agile Framework, Data Governance Framework
5. Experience in User Experience design
6. Experience in maintaining UAT library
7. Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or Certified Scrum Product Owner - preferred
