About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding team player to join our Delivery Commercial Operations EMEA team as the DCO (Sales Operations) Associate, for the Nordics. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and building creative solutions to our most complex commercial problems. The DCO Associate partners closely with the Head of Acquisition and Expansion and their +1s, as well as cross-functional leaders to assist in driving rhythm of business, predictability in reporting, analyzing business trends, devising local GTM strategies and leading (commercial) growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has sales operations expertise, broad technical skills on CRM, sales tooling, data analytics and can assist the sales managers and sales reps in running their day to day business.This role is responsible for supporting the commercial operating cadences, including WBR, MBR, QBR, pipeline management and forecast, top deals review, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. This role will drive the design of business requirements documents for improvements to our organizational tooling and processes, as well as design and execute experiments to drive growth or efficiencies.

What You'll Do

  • Support the management, integration and implementation of sales support systems and processes to meet the rapid growth of the Uber Delivery business.
  • Own quantitative analysis of the commercial team's performance.
  • Manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business cadences.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with Sales, Finance, Strategy & Planning, Operations and other stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional GTM projects designed to eliminate friction in the sales cycle and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows that standardize sales methodologies and improve forecasting accuracy.

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years supporting a divisional Sales Operations function with 100+ Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or similar functions.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Building deep, trust-based relationships with business and cross-functional partners.
  • Prior experience working across multiple organizational functions, such as variable compensation, pipeline management, sales forecasting, quota setting, market segmentation, and GTM strategy.
  • Proven ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, reports, and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Intermediate+ proficiency in SQL, G-suites, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B company.
  • MBA or higher degree in economics, math, business or similar discipline.
  • Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker, able to operate with a great degree of independence in ambiguous situations.
