Sales Operations Associate (Acquisition) - EMEA

Yesterday Amsterdam, Netherlands

About the Role

As the EMEA Regional Acquisition Analyst, you will play a critical support role within the EMEA DCO team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of acquisition activities across the region. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, reporting, and maintenance of these systems.

You will focus on the details, ensuring data is accurate, reports are updated on time, and country teams have the materials they need. You will support the Regional Acquisition Lead and Head of Sales by providing the data and operational structure required to make business decisions.

What the Candidate Will Do

- Support Regional Governance: Assist in the preparation of materials for leadership reviews and cross-functional forums (e.g., Weekly Business Reviews). You will coordinate the collection of updates from country teams and ensure meeting materials are accurate and distributed on time.
- Track Strategy Execution: Maintain the tracking mechanisms for regional OKRs and acquisition goals. You will update progress reports on key execution strategies (e.g., market and global brands penetration strategy) and flag delays or data gaps to the Regional Lead.
- Performance Reporting: Responsible for the routine updating and maintenance of regional dashboards. You will pull and consolidate country-level data to ensure the DCO Lead and Head of Sales have a real-time view of performance.
- Funnel Health & Data Hygiene: Run regular audits on funnel data to check for adherence to quality standards. You will identify specific data errors or \"stuck\" deals and work with country local ops teams to clean up the pipeline.
- Channel Performance Tracking: Produce regular reports on acquisition performance by channel and segment. You will assist in compiling data for ROI analysis and support the execution of pilots by tracking results against success metrics.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain the central repository of acquisition best practices and process documentation. You will assist in answering routine operational questions from country teams and help organize knowledge-sharing sessions.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related operational role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Excel/Sheets: Strong proficiency is required (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- SQL: You are comfortable working with data sets, running reports, and ensuring numbers tie out. You can spot anomalies in data and investigate the cause. Intermediate knowledge of SQL (ability to run existing queries and make minor edits, as well create new queries) is preferred.
- CRM: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
