Sales Operations Analyst, Global Data Strategy, Growth Bets
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Ops Analyst, Global Data Strategy to join our fast-paced Revenue Ops team within Uber for Business (U4B). This role is critically focused on executing and evolving our global GTM data strategy, specifically for our strategic Growth Bets initiatives, including Airports, Entertainment, Hospitality, and use cases on the horizon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of operational acumen, technical familiarity with key data sources, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive data quality, hygiene, and performance across our revenue technology stack dedicated to accelerating our new market opportunities.
What You'll Do
Data Strategy & Performance for Growth Bets:
- Contribute directly to the development and execution of the global GTM data strategy within the Revenue Tech organization, acting as the data expert for all Growth Bets alongside Growth Bets Sales Ops leads
- Monitor and manage the quality, hygiene, and completeness of core revenue data, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives, including account reassignment, territory management, and new tools or pilots
- Partner with data engineering and business intelligence teams to ensure seamless data flows and accurate reporting on GTM performance, specifically tracking the success metrics of these strategic initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in data management processes to enhance the overall performance of the revenue tech stack for the Growth Bets team
Operations & Analysis:
- Evaluate and set KPIs related to data quality, GTM execution, and data strategy success, and establish prioritization frameworks tailored to the unique needs of Growth Bets
- Analyze the impact of data quality on sales motions, pipeline generation, and revenue forecasting, offering actionable insights to leadership regarding Growth Bets performance
- Leverage advanced data management/analysis tools to perform deep-dive analysis, present findings, and maintain operational dashboards. In some cases, work to build out new resources
Stakeholder Management & Decision Making:
- Serve as a key point of contact for data strategy execution, bridging the gap between Global Revenue Operations, Growth Bets Sales Leadership, Marketing, external vendors, and Regional Operations teams
- Build trust, manage expectations, and clearly communicate data initiatives and impact to a diverse audience
- Exhibit executive presence and the ability to assert and drive decisions related to data governance, standards adoption, and prioritization across global teams
- Lead the coordination efforts for projects related to Master Data Management (MDM) implementation and enforcement
Basic Qualifications
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in a highly analytical or operational role, such as Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting
- Strong ability to navigate Salesforce for data-related tasks (reports, data quality checks, and basic data management)
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, and presentation using Google Sheets or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with GTM sales motions (e.g., inbound, outbound, partner sales, customer success) and the corresponding data required for effective execution
- Experience in a global environment, supporting cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex data concepts simply to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with key third-party GTM data and data sources (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, Clearbit)
- Prior exposure to or direct experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and tools
- Experience working with large CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and/or Marketing Automation platforms
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year - USD$118,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year - USD$118,000 per year.
