Sales Account Representative - Uber Direct

About the role
As a Sales Account Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth by building strong commercial partnerships with local and mid-market partners across Online Food Delivery and Retail in Brazil. You'll own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and closing deals to ensuring that new partners achieve their business goals after launch.
We're looking for a motivated, curious, and relationship-driven professional who's passionate about helping businesses grow. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer acquisition and deliver impact through operational and commercial excellence.
What you'll do
- Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM - from lead generation to deal closure - consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Identify customer needs, understand their business priorities, and position Uber Direct as a trusted growth partner.
- Build long-term relationships with your portfolio of partners through business reviews, expansion strategies, and consultative support.
- Collaborate with teams like Operations and Account Management to ensure a smooth onboarding process and long-term partner success.
- Work closely with the Sales Team Lead, who will support your professional development and career growth within Uber.

What you'll need
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or meaningful exposure to sales through internships or related roles.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage a sales pipeline, and deliver results.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in English.
Bonus points
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage leads and opportunities.
- Familiarity with the food delivery or e-commerce marketplace industries.
