Regional Insights Partner, Latam

Today São Paulo, Brazil

About the Role

Uber Advertising is at a pivotal moment, and our LATAM team is looking for a strategic, commercially-minded Insights Partner who can turn raw data into revenue-driving narratives. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a dashboard and wait for requests; you will be the right hand to our LATAM Sales and Marketing leadership, acting as a critical bridge between consumer sentiment and hard behavioral data.

The challenge here lies in the balance. You'll need the technical grit to dive into first-party databases with SQL and the creative spark to design traditional market research studies that tell a story. You will operate in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment where you'll need to influence regional executives and key advertising partners. If you thrive on ownership, possess a healthy dose of curiosity, and can translate the "why" of consumer behavior into the "what" for our clients, you'll find your stride here. This role is about proving that Uber's audience is first-in-class-and you'll have the data to back it up.

What You'll Do

- Drive the Narrative: Equip the sales team with data-backed stories that highlight the unique value of Uber's audience, moving beyond generic stats to show exactly how our platforms influence daily lives.
- Hunt for Insights: Leverage SQL proficiency to independently query first-party databases. You won't wait for someone else to pull the numbers; you'll validate your own hypotheses and find the "signal" in the noise.
- Bridge the Gap: Blend survey-based consumer sentiment with hard behavioral data to uncover the full picture of consumer behavior in the LATAM market.
- Scale with Al: Leverage Al tools and emerging technologies to scale your insight generation, helping the team recognize patterns and preliminary analysis faster than traditional methods.
- Navigate the Global Roadmap: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Global Measurement Science teams to ensure LATAM-specific requirements are heard and integrated into the global roadmap.
- Influence through Visuals: Translate complex, messy datasets into clear, compelling slides and narratives that Sales can immediately deploy to win over stakeholders.
- Own the Strategy: Identify strategic gaps in the market and build research plans to address them, positioning Uber Ads as a thought leader in the region.
