Regional Catalog Operations Manager
About the Role

As a Catalog Ops Manager, you'll support Regional Catalog Management and help elevate the Global Catalog through improvements in assortment, content, availability, pricing, promotions, and search. You'll work across markets, ensuring that data flows smoothly, systems integrate effectively with third-party partners, and catalog quality keeps pace with the needs of a fast-growing business.
This role bridges operations, data, and product. You'll collect and prioritize catalog-related needs from local teams, provide structured input to product operations, and help shape the global tech roadmap. You'll dive into data to find insights and solutions, run pilots and tests, and drive operational excellence. Strong SQL skills, a sharp sense of prioritization, and the ability to balance analytical and operational work are key to thriving here.

What You'll Do
- Build & Scale Ops Processes: Develop and scale global processes that enable efficient operations and sustainable growth. Use data to understand performance and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Execute Operational Projects: Lead and support operational projects, including launch and expansion plans, stakeholder alignment, issue tracking, root-cause analysis, and marketplace performance measurement.
Champion Product Needs: Gather and document catalog-related tech requests from local teams, prioritize them using an established framework, and hand them off to product teams in a clear and organized manner. - Manage Stakeholders: Partner with internal teams-including local catalog teams, product ops, and engineering-to gain alignment and track progress across regions.
- Drive Analytics & Insights: Monitor catalog performance, build and maintain tracking tools, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable insights to teams and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or a related field.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Advanced data analysis skills with strong SQL proficiency.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and action-oriented, with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional proficiency in English.
