Product Operations Manager - CommOps
About the Role
The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we build the right products to move our business forward. As a Product Operations Manager, you will sit within our Global Digital Experience team, the digital service design arm of the global CommOps organization.
You will act as the strategic bridge between various Product and Operations teams - transforming insights into impactful AI and automation technology solutions and orchestrating complex, global rollouts. Your mission is to ensure that every feature we build is operationally sound, relevant, and positioned for long-term success.
Your Impact in the Role
- Own Program Strategy: Lead the end-to-end \"build globally, scale locally\" lifecycle for your assigned program area.
- Design Operating Models: Establish lean, effective alignment structures between Product Managers and global business stakeholders.
- Orchestrate Global Rollouts: Project-manage comprehensive go-to-market plans across various stakeholders and teams.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Distill technical product information into actionable insights for non-technical global partners.
- Influence Product Roadmaps: Advocate for business insights and data-backed feedback to advise product prioritization.
- Manage Product Health: Track core business KPIs post-launch to identify performance gaps and geographic friction points.

- Optimize Technical Workflows: Use internal tools and configurations to resolve systemic bottlenecks and empower stakeholders.
- Lead Strategic Communication: Maintain regular communication cadences with key customers to provide transparency on objectives and progress.
The Experience You'll Bring
\-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ----
- 5+ years of experience in operations, tech, business consulting, or a similar analytical field.
- Experience working with or implementing AI and automation technologies, such as:
- Conversational AI (chatbots, virtual assistants)
- Workflow automation platforms (UiPath, Zapier, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Proven track record of independent problem-solving and managing global projects end-to-end.
- Ability to navigate high degrees of ambiguity and design operating models that scale across multiple regions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse cross-functional partners.
- Experience distilling technical product information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of user experience with a focus on identifying and resolving friction points.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----
- Previous experience in Product Operations or a closely related Product-led role.
- Proven track record of navigating high-stakes ambiguity and resolving systemic bottlenecks without close supervision.
- Experience leading end-to-end rollouts across multiple international regions with varying regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL and a strong ability to use complex data to inform critical business decisions. (please move this to preferred)
- Knowledge management and AI search tools (KCS, generative search, LLM-based retrieval)
- Analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
