Product Manager I
Today• Amsterdam, Netherlands
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager (L3) to join the AdTech team. This role is ideal for someone early in their PM journey who is excited to learn by working closely with a senior product manager and a variety of business stakeholders. The PM will focus on gathering requirements, scoping projects, and ensuring that stakeholder needs are translated into actionable deliverables for engineering teams. Over time, they will grow into greater ownership of the product development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders across Performance & Brand marketing to gather and clarify requirements.
- Collaborate with a senior product manager to scope projects and define success criteria.
- Document requirements into clear, actionable specifications that can be handed off to engineering.
- Maintain alignment across stakeholders, surfacing risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- Track progress of scoped initiatives and ensure clarity in deliverables and timelines.
- Support product launches and adoption plans by coordinating with business partners.
What will you need
- 1-2+ years of experience in a product, operations, or consulting role (tech experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable structuring ambiguity into clear frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in driving clarity across teams.
- A bias toward execution, with persistence to follow through on projects.
- A desire to learn and grow into a broader product ownership role.
