• Partner closely with operations and finance to align supply decisions with business targets
Category & Performance Management
• Own category-level performance metrics including sales, availability, wastage, and item efficiency
• Analyze SKU and category performance to optimize assortment and improve productivity
• Identify underperforming items and recommend data-backed actions such as phase-outs, substitutions, or renegotiations
Demand Planning & Analytics
• Monitor demand and inventory metrics including on-shelf rate, out-of-stock rate, wastage, and forecast accuracy
• Conduct root-cause analysis on supply and demand gaps and translate insights into actionable plans
• Contribute to improving internal tools and processes for medium- to long-term supply and demand planning
Supply Chain Optimization
• Use data to identify inefficiencies across supplier performance, forecasting, and operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, service level, and scalability
• Define and track KPIs to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with central operations, warehouse, and finance teams to balance growth, cost, and service-level trade-offs
• Contribute to broader business planning and help shape future category and supply strategies
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, category management, or operations
• Experience in grocery or FMCG, especially fresh categories
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to diagnose problems and inform decisions
• Fluency in Traditional Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
• Comfortable owning metrics and explaining performance drivers to cross-functional partners
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can independently drive initiatives from insight to execution
• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills
