About the Role

The Premium Programs & Packaging Manager is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for architecting the premium ad experiences that define our most valuable moments on the platform. This role owns the end-to-end development of high-yield seasonal and "tentpole" packages, requiring a unique blend of commercial creativity and operational rigor. You will serve as the primary "quarterback" for sales packaging-identifying high-engagement user moments and transforming them into turnkey, premium opportunities for global brands. Success requires the ability to synthesize inventory data, creative potential, and market demand into cohesive bundles that maximize revenue and provide world-class results for our advertisers.

What You'll Do

  • Architect Premium Programs: Own the creation, development, and maintenance of global premium ad programs, specifically focusing on seasonal events and high-traffic "tentpole" moments to maximize platform yield
  • Strategic Product Bundling: Partner closely with Product GTM teams to design and bundle ad products for high-impact takeover opportunities, ensuring new features are integrated into our most attractive commercial offerings
  • Seasonal Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with Insights, Creative Strategy, and Marketing teams to define the visual and narrative components of seasonal programs, ensuring our ad packages are supported by a compelling market story
  • Monetization Strategy Influence: Work in lockstep with Pricing and GTM teams to inform our broader monetization strategy, providing a feedback loop on what packages are driving the highest market interest and yield
  • Inventory & Engagement Analysis: Partner with Inventory Management to pinpoint the most impactful moments of user engagement on the platform, translating "eyeballs" into structured, high-value sponsorship opportunities
  • Quarterback Sales Packaging: Lead the cross-functional execution of sales collateral for premium bundles, ensuring the Sales team is equipped with the right products at the right time to win seasonal budgets
  • Sell-Through Governance: Monitor the performance and sell-through rates of all premium packages, providing regular reporting to leadership to inform inventory adjustments and future packaging decisions
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the central hub between Creative, Product, Sales, and Finance to ensure all premium programs are operationally viable, priced for high yield, and creatively best-in-class

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Strategy, Ad Product Marketing, or Media Planning
  • 1+ years of strong project management skills with the ability to "quarterback" complex launches involving multiple internal teams under tight seasonal deadlines
  • 2+ years experience in marketing or advertising industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in marketing or advertising industry
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience with Order Management Systems
  • Experience in creating "Go-to-Market" bundles, sponsorship models, and understanding the levers that drive "High Yield" in a premium advertising environment
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence senior stakeholders across Product and Creative

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
