As a People Partner, you will act as a grounded advisor in an environment where the pace is intense and the stakes for our people are high. What you'll do

  • Consult with managers on complex people matters, providing guidance on career development and team dynamics even when the path forward isn't predefined.
  • Partner across People & Places teams to solve messy, high-impact problems and resolve blockers that impact the employee experience.
  • Identify patterns in people data to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall HR engagement model.
  • Lead and support the execution of regional and global People priorities, navigating shifting priorities and internal complexity at scale.
  • Strengthen leadership skills through direct coaching and feedback, helping managers make hard calls under pressure.
  • Act as a steward of cultural values, providing a real-time pulse on organizational health while influencing without authority.

Basic Qualifications
  • 8 + years of professional experience as an HR generalist, advisor, or business partner.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with global people programs including compensation and performance management.
  • Experience coaching managers on complex people matters and leadership development.
  • Experience with coaching managers through high-ambiguity situations and complex team transitions.
  • Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to identify root causes in complex organizational environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate tension to achieve shared goals.
