Operations & Strategy Sr Manager, Premium Products

- Quality & Reliability Standards: Set and monitor the Gold Standard for Premium. You will lead initiatives to elevate vehicle quality, earner engagement, and reliability metrics for our top-tier products
- Event & Hub Operations: Serve as the lead for Premium operations at high-traffic venues (Airports, Major Hubs, and Hotels), designing a seamless arrival and departure experience
- Marketplace Insights: You will translate complex data into localized tactics to solve supply-demand imbalances and improve product reliability
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with our cross functional partners to build a cohesive Premium narrative that resonates with the local market while navigating regulatory nuances

What You'll Need

- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Operations, Category Management, or Strategy within high-growth tech, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environments
- Data-Driven Acumen: Ability to drive strategic decisions through insights and a strong understanding of marketplace KPIs
- Operational Excellence: A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable moving from a spreadsheet to the field to understand and solve for product friction
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present performance updates to regional leadership
- Customer Obsession: A refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of what a Premium service entails for a high-value customer
