Operations Manager, Membership - Uber Eats EMEA
About the Role
The EMEA Delivery Membership Operations team is looking for a Operations Manager to help scale Uber One across the region - driving both membership excellence and cross-sell impact between our Delivery and Mobility businesses.
This role will sit at the intersection of Membership and Rides-to-Eats (R2E) operations, focused on improving CRM and lifecycle engagement, optimizing cross-sell conversion, and supporting market launches with scalable operational frameworks.
In 2026, the role will play a key part in preparing and supporting the launches of Denmark, Norway, and Finland, ensuring that CRM and cross-sell operations are fully optimized pre-launch, and leading Uber One's go-to-market execution in these markets.
What You Will Do
1. Drive and optimize cross-sell operations across the Delivery business, working closely with CRM, Marketing, and Product to deliver impactful R2E campaigns
2. Support Uber One membership launches in new markets, coordinating readiness across cross-functional partners (Tech, Legal, Policy, Local Ops)
3. Identify and scale best practices across EMEA for membership growth, engagement, and retention
4. Analyze performance data to measure impact, identify growth levers, and drive continuous improvement
5. Partner closely with Membership, R2E, and Local Ops teams to align on strategy and execution
What You'll Bring
1. Experience in operations, program management, or strategy,
2. Strong analytical mindset and comfort with metrics, performance data and experimentation design
3. Ability to manage complex cross-functional programs end-to-end
4. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to align and influence diverse stakeholder groups
5. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset - comfortable moving quickly while balancing structure and agility
