We're looking for a Product Operations / Marketplace Strategy professional to become the global Product Champion for Courier Pricing Technology - one of the most critical levers in our marketplace.
In this role, you'll own the performance, financial outcomes, and operational success of courier pricing models globally. You'll work across experiments, launches, and mature markets, turning data and market signals into decisions that directly impact reliability, courier experience, and marketplace efficiency.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you'll shape how pricing technology scales, influence product direction, and partner closely with Product, Regional Ops, Finance, and Legal.
What You'll Do
Own Courier Pricing Performance (Global Scope)
- Own the end-to-end performance of courier pricing models, including key drivers such as ETDs/ATDs, guardrails, regulatory constraints, and competitive dynamics.
- Deeply understand local market differences and adapt global strategies to regional realities.
- Ensure pricing decisions balance financial targets, reliability, and courier experience.
Product Champion & Rollout Lead
- Act as the primary operational owner for courier pricing product launches, experiments, and global rollouts.
- Evaluate financial and operational results of new features and experiments, translating learnings into clear recommendations.
- Build and continuously improve global playbooks, best practices, and operating models for pricing technology.
Financial & Performance Management
- Track weekly Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) across pricing models and proactively flag meaningful deviations.
- Partner with Product and Regional teams to course-correct performance and unlock opportunities.
- Deliver clear, decision-ready insights that guide leadership and regional planning.
