Operations Manager, EMEA Merchandising, Retail
About the Role
We're looking for a strategic Site Merchandising Manager to drive end-to-end execution of Grocery & Retail merchandising across EMEA. In this role, you will coordinate and execute seasonal moments, evergreen programmes, and surface curation in close partnership with local markets - ensuring plans are localised (not one-size-fits-all) and delivered with operational excellence. You'll leverage data and market context to keep experiences relevant, consistent, and performance-driven across key shopping surfaces.
You will also play a key role in accelerating Rest of Retail growth across EMEA, using curated experiences and campaigns to drive category expansion beyond core grocery.
What you'll do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end merchandising and retail moments across markets, partnering with local teams to localize content and timing.
- Surface & Curation Strategy: Execute strategy for landing pages, category feeds, and storefronts to ensure high-relevance content placement for each market.
- Data-Driven Planning: Leverage data and customer signals to shape campaign plans, identify assortment gaps, and translate insights into actionable results.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align assets and launch readiness across Consumer Ops, Marketing, Product, and Global Merchandising workstreams.
- Performance & Operational Health: Track performance and share data-backed recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and repeat behavior.

Who you'll be:
- Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, marketplace, or growth roles, with a proven ability to execute high-impact seasonal or global campaigns across multiple markets.
- Analytical & Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data, seasonality, and consumer insights to drive decision-making, optimize performance, and craft clear consumer stories.
- Digital Optimization: Practical experience optimizing digital storefronts, feeds, or category pages to directly improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Project & Calendar Management: Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage complex merchandising calendars and consistently deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: A proven ability to work cross-functionally, managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.
