Operations Manager, Consumer Growth

Our FR Operations teams work where Uber's technology meets the real world. We own city-specific business outcomes and bridge our Global business strategy with local needs. The Rider Operations team is a subset of the FR Operations teams that manages the rider lifecycle, works on continuously improving the rider experience and fuels the growth of the business by ensuring new and existing rider segments increasingly engage with our product portfolio.

This role will be aim at growing and retaining our consumer (Rider) base, with a focus on on membership and loyalty programs, in order to boost our rider retention.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and brings strong business acumen and data-driven thinking.

About the job

- Owning France Membership/ Loyalty programs Growth
- Define and run membership acquisition and retention campaigns
- Diagnose market needs/blockers for membership growth
- Set France targets in alignment with the Global teams
- Execute strategy and assess risks to plan
- Own market performance and be accountable for the integrity of our execution

About you

- Fluent both in French and English.
- 4+ years of relevant experience (Strategy & Ops, Consumer Goods, Travel Industry, Ground Transport, Tech, Retail, B2C Marketplace, or Consultancy) or similar
- Analytical skills: ability to play with figures, own end to end complex reasoning and suggest data driven solutions. Develop and apply analytical frameworks to support Product, channel, and market strategy.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the deployment and optimization of membership/loyalty incentives, ensuring cost-efficiency and top-line impact
- Communication/Stakeholder Management: being able to thrive in a complex multi function/multi country environment to drive France projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills - you plan, prioritize, and deliver.
- Hands-on, owner mentality - you take initiative and drive outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage internal and external partners.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar languages preferred.
- Solid understanding of business drivers (P&L, competition, user behavior, operational performance, and risk).
