Operations Associate, Driver

About the Role

You'll be joining the Driver Access team, focusing on ensuring earners have a seamless onboarding experience on our platform, from sign-up to their first trip. You'll be working as a team with funnel investigations, configurations, and launches for multiple products and markets, to find opportunities in collaboration with local teams. You'll also be working with strategic onboarding and One Earner projects, aligning with stakeholders and driving decisions to make sure we have the best possible experience for earners.

What You'll Do

- Work closely with our Ops team across LatAm and x-functional stakeholders to execute strategic projects and find opportunities to improve earners onboarding (funnel configs and experience).
- Leverage strong execution and implementation skills to make project plans a reality.
- Scope complex problems and derive integral solutions based on robust analysis.
- Connect to our team and work collaboratively towards our common goals, supporting the team's mandates and rails.
- Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional and regional teams (e.g. Eats teams, Central Ops, S&P, Marketing, CommOps, Policy, Comms, Legal, etc.).
- Build/Manage dashboards and scalable internal tools that will be the foundations to improve our team's visibility of main metrics and, hence, their productivity.
- Design & lead cross-functional projects independently
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

- 2 - 4 years of professional experience
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
- Communication: [Portuguese or Spanish] and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive yet succinct manner.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities.
- Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Analytics: Experience working with complex data sets using Excel and/or Google Sheets; ability to derive, validate, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations. SQL is a plus.
- Planning & Organization: Ability to plan complex or multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
