Mid-Market Account Executive, Uber for Business, Europe/Northern Europe

2 months ago Amsterdam, Netherlands

About the Role

Uber for Business has rapidly expanded and is positioned to be the next growth engine for Uber. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals, with a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing strategic partnerships for Uber. You'll be on the frontlines introducing Uber to organizations while developing and executing strategies around sales.

As a Mid-market Account Executive, you will be tasked at driving new business by winning long-term partnerships with our mid-market customers. You will collaborate with a cross functional team of Implementation Leads, Premium Support Specialists, Product Managers and others to drive customer acquisition and growth through operational & commercial excellence in a fast moving and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively prospect mid-market companies (100-5,000 employees) across the Benelux and Nordic regions
  • Drive new partnerships and sell the Uber for Business platform, services, and solutions through strategic conversations with stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan and sales strategy, including rigorous follow-ups to close deals
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation to ensure strong and sustained product adoption
  • Conduct consultative needs assessments to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and insights through thoughtful sales planning and execution
  • Navigate objections, remove barriers, and drive toward customer commitment
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to grow existing business
  • Partner with clients to test and launch new product features
  • Share progress, learnings, and best practices regularly in team forums
  • Contribute to internal efficiency by creating assets like playbooks, trackers, and process documentation

What You'll Need

  • 3-4 years recent experience of new business development
  • Experience working in short and fast paced sales cycles
  • Native-level Dutch or Danish or Swedish speaker and with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Bonus Points If You Have

  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias for action and ownership over your market
  • Strong ability to prioritize and follow through on high-impact activities
  • Proven negotiation skills with a focus on long-term value
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
