Merchant Operations Coordinator

About the Role

In this role, you will understand and seize the opportunities in our current products and processes, working together with central and cross-functional teams to lead on implementation.

Monitoring constantly the market performance and operational metrics that will allow you to identify and unlock existing roadblocks that are negatively impacting the market, you will work closely with our core territories teams to enable growth and boost business impact.

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense and stakeholder management.

This is a key position that can have a big impact on business and operations, positioning the UberEats app as the first thought when people want to order food or groceries. We have a lot of exciting projects going on, and the sky's the limit.

What the Candidate Will Need

Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, actionable solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach

Process Optimization: Execute, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across LatAm and beyond, regularly reviewing performance,

Monitor KPIs and create initiatives to sustainably improve them, with ambitious targets.

Work closely with the commercial team in order to understand their pain points and possible improvements in our system. Operational excellence is our core and our clientes are our restaurants.

Work with a high performing team, with lots of visibility opportunities and big challenges
