Marketplace Manager
About the Role
As an Operations Manager on the Marketplace team, you will partner closely with the Marketplace Lead to improve the reliability, efficiency, and sustainable growth of the platform in Argentina. You will have direct ownership over key operational levers such as pricing, dispatch, and supply incentives, and lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence the day-to-day user experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work with data to solve complex marketplace challenges, test ideas through experimentation, and translate insights into tangible business results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Own specific marketplace verticals and operational levers such as reliability, pricing efficiency, or supply acquisition to maintain a healthy and balanced marketplace.
- Translate high-level market strategy into actionable experiments, pilots, and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as delivery times, supply hours, and conversion rates to identify trends and proactively address imbalances.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to design and scale solutions that improve quality and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain models and dashboards to forecast needs, test hypotheses, and guide strategic marketplace investments.
- Drive initiatives that optimize the supply lifecycle, from acquisition through activation and conversion.
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience using SQL is highly valued due to the data-intensive nature of the role.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.

- Demonstrated ability to use data to break down ambiguous problems and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong execution skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives in parallel and driving them to completion.
- Experience communicating complex insights to diverse stakeholders and collaborating effectively across teams.
