  • Marketplace Strategy & Ownership: Define the strategic operating points and long-term vision for Marketplace Health, owning critical metrics (e.g., reliability, cost per trip, demand shaping) and developing frameworks to measure and diagnose performance across US&C.
  • Core Marketplace Optimization: Drive operational excellence by continuously managing and optimizing courier investment levers and key marketplace configurations (including matching, batching, and pricing) to ensure high service quality while maximizing cost efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving & Analysis: Analyze complex marketplace data to identify critical bottlenecks, size opportunities, and aggregate insights that translate strategic vision into high-impact cross-functional initiatives and key business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Champion strategic projects end-to-end, collaborating with Product teams to influence the roadmap and manage feature launch lifecycles. Ensure alignment and delivery against objectives by partnering with Legal, Finance, Commercial, and other Operations stakeholders.
