Manager, Business Development Representatives - EMEA, Uber for Business
About the Role
This leader will lead a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across the entire EMEA region for Uber for Business. The Uber for Business EMEA BDRs are responsible for generating a significant portion of the EMEA sales teams' revenue pipeline via outbound prospecting efforts and cold outreach. This leader will work directly with Country Managers and their Sales Managers to set the outreach strategy, and will be responsible for executing the strategy across the BDRs in each country.
What You'll Do
1. Hire, Train and Lead a team of Business Development Reps
2. Build and implement KPIs, metrics and processes that result in consistent revenue pipeline generation
3. Collaborate with sales management, sales operations and sales enablement to set strategy and implement best practices across the BDR team
4. Develop BDRs into sales-ready candidates for Account Executive positions
5. Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
6. Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
7. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
8. Ensure training and coaching around sales processes best practices and tools such as Salesforce.com, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator
Basic Qualifications:
1. At least 2+ years hands-on management experience in a sales environment with experience managing BDRs and/or sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Consistent, proven track record of overachievement vs sales quota in a high volume / transactional sales environment
2. Experience working closely and communicating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
3. Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
4. Enthusiastic and motivational leadership established through leading by example for team members, and peers
5. Salesforce Experience; Familiarity with Marketo, Zoominfo, Lusha, Yesware, Groove, Gong, or other sales tools
