Learning Specialist
About the Role

We seek a Learning Delivery Specialist to facilitate and implement our training programs across Community Operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring we can create the best learning experience to increase retention and transfer of technical and non-technical subject matter. In this role, you will support our CS community in becoming more proficient in their role and performing at their best.
What You'll Do
1. Support Instructor led and virtual instructor led learning delivery in more than one environment (BPO/COE/GL), region and multiple LOBs
2. Deliver train the trainer events
3. Review training content and design (provide input / feedback)
4. May conduct projects or perform tasks or larger projects (STEP)
5. Coaching and mentoring less tenured delivery specialists particularly during onboarding and nesting
6.
Basic Qualifications
<br>1. 2+ years L&D experience<br>2. Previous facilitation experience<br>3. Skilled in Google Suite<br>4. Customer Support experience in a high-volume environment<br>5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.<br>6. Completed higher education or currently pursuing a degree.<br>
