LatAm Direct Commercial Operations Lead

2 days ago São Paulo, Brazil

About the Role

Uber Direct is a white-label solution that enables merchants to offer on-demand delivery through their own websites, apps, or sales channels. To support the continued growth of our LatAm Direct business, we're looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to partner closely with our commercial teams and help drive operational excellence across the sales lifecycle.

In this role, you will support the LatAm Direct organization across a wide range of sales operations and day-to-day activities. You'll work closely with Direct sellers, sales managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent execution, improve operational efficiency, and provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making.

This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of sales, operations, and systems. You'll help run core sales operations workflows, build reporting and analyses, and contribute to process and tooling improvements that reduce friction for the commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales operations background who enjoys solving operational challenges, partnering with commercial teams, and driving continuous improvement at scale.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Partner with the NYC-based Head of Global Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations - Direct, and support the São Paulo-based LatAm Direct leader and commercial leadership across the region
  • Support day-to-day sales operations for the Direct Commercial Organization, including opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and operational troubleshooting
  • Build, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards using Salesforce, SQL, and Google Sheets to track pipeline health, performance, and key operational metrics
  • Partner with sellers and sales managers to ensure accurate Salesforce usage and consistent execution of sales processes and policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling, reducing manual work and improving the seller experience
  • Support forecasting and performance tracking by validating inputs, identifying gaps, and surfacing risks and trends
  • Manage core business cadences, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual rhythms
  • Lead special projects across segments and territories to support commercial priorities
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Deal Desk, Systems Architecture, and Product Operations to resolve issues and drive operational initiatives
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Leadership, Finance, HR, Strategy & Planning, Deal Desk, and other partner teams

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related role
  • Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms in a sales or operations environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience pulling, analyzing, and synthesizing data using SQL and Google Sheets or Excel
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex commercial sales motions
  • Familiarity with common Sales Ops domains such as forecasting, deal support, billing workflows, approvals, or sales policy enforcement
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in fast-paced, execution-oriented environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and data clearly
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Deal Desk, Systems, or Product Operations teams
