Head of Restaurant Self-Delivery Operations, Uber Eats - EMEA
About the Role
The Bring Your Own Courier (BYOC) program helps restaurants grow on Uber Eats by enabling them to fulfill orders using their own delivery staff. This model expands restaurant choice, supports sustainable economics, and allows Uber Eats to serve a broader range of partners and delivery models.
As Head of Restaurant Self-Delivery Operations, Uber Eats - EMEA, you'll define and drive the regional BYOC strategy end to end, from setting long-term priorities and product championing to leading cross-functional execution and financial performance. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, Regional General Managers, and Strategic Finance to build and scale a best-in-class fulfillment model that delivers value to restaurants and to Uber.
This is a player-coach role: you'll spend most of your time shaping strategy, driving execution, and aligning senior stakeholders, while also managing a small, high-performing team and developing their capabilities to deliver on critical priorities.

- Define the long-term business and commercial strategy, as well as the Product roadmap, for the Bring Your Own Courier (BYOC) program in EMEA.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance to translate strategy into measurable growth and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the tech roadmap that improves reliability, restaurant adoption, and fulfillment experience.
- Advise EMEA leadership on portfolio and investment decisions across fulfillment models, ensuring BYOC plays the right strategic role within the regional delivery ecosystem.
- Use data, financial modeling, and competitive and customer insights to inform strategy and measure performance.
- Balance regional scalability with local nuance, codifying learnings and enabling markets to execute with speed and consistency.
- Manage and coach a small, high-performing team while remaining hands-on in key strategic and analytical workstreams.
