As the Logistic Network Operations Lead, you are playing a pivotal role in scaling the Direct Logistic Business. This role involves strategically driving the expansion of the last-mile fleet and micro-hubs. You will collaborate closely with your operations team, fleet partners, and various cross-functional stakeholders to meet business expansion needs. A primary responsibility is ensuring the delivery quality, reliability, and service level across all operating regions. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work hand-in-hand with Sales and Account Managers in Uber Direct to determine expansion requirements and jointly develop the expansion plan with the Logistics project squad.

1. Team Leadership: lead a scaled operations team with city operations managers, site operations staff, and fleet partners & drivers. The key task is to lead, recruit, train, and grow at a scalable manner of your Logistic Network Operations team. You will be given strategic goals on operations efficiency and quality, expansion milestones, and the delivery efficiency.
2. 團隊領導:帶領一支具規模化的營運團隊,成員包含城市營運經理、站點營運人員,以及運力合作夥伴與司機。此職位的關鍵任務在於以可擴展的方式領導、招募、培訓並持續壯大物流網絡營運團隊。您將被賦予明確的策略目標,涵蓋營運效率與品質、擴張里程碑,以及整體配送效率的提升。
3. Hub Expansion & Operations: Drive the operational success and expansion of the micro-hub network, encompassing both Uber-owned facilities and merchant warehouses integrated with Uber's delivery supply. This involves engaging regional merchant partners, ensuring exceptional delivery customer service, developing and maintaining SOPs for fleet operations, and implementing highly efficient site operations processes to support various delivery models.
4. 擴展及營運衛星轉運倉:推動衛星轉運倉網絡的營運成效與規模擴張,包含 Uber 自有倉以及與 Uber 配送運力整合的商家倉儲據點。此職責包括與各區域商家夥伴建立並深化合作關係,確保卓越的配送與客戶服務體驗,制定並持續優化運力營運相關的標準作業流程(SOP),並導入高度高效的站點營運流程,以支援多元的配送模式。
5. Last Mile Fleet Expansion & Operations: Drive the expansion of our Last Mile capabilities by partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This involves the recruitment and retention of the Last Mile fleet to meet business growth supply demands, including onboarding new fleet partners across Taiwan's regions to secure necessary supply levels. Furthermore, your team will be responsible for maintaining rigorous control over delivery quality and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both fleet utilization and Uber's courier performance.
6. Last Mile 運力擴張與營運:透過與跨部門團隊及外部合作夥伴的緊密合作,推動最後一哩路配送能力的持續擴張。此職責涵蓋運力的招募與留任,以滿足業務成長所需的運力供給,包括於台灣各區域導入新的配送合作夥伴,以確保具備充足且穩定的運力水準。此團隊亦需對配送品質及SLA進行嚴謹管理、監控運力使用效率以及 Uber 配送合作夥伴的營運表現。

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. Work Experience: More than 8 years of working experience with minimum 5 years in Logistics operations, strategic planning, partnership management, or leadership. Must include experience engaging and managing fleet/delivery partners and warehouse operations. 工作經驗:具備至少 5 年以上物流營運、策略規劃、夥伴關係管理或團隊領導相關經驗。須包含與運力/配送合作夥伴互動與管理,以及倉儲營運相關的實務經驗。
2. Communication: Ability to present complex information clearly to senior leaders and engagingly to diverse audiences. 溝通能力:能夠將複雜資訊清楚地向高階主管說明,並以具吸引力且易於理解的方式,與不同背景的受眾進行溝通。
3. Stakeholders Management: Strong interpersonal skills for effectively engaging the team and diverse stakeholders (e.g., commercial teams), understanding perspectives, and building positive relationships to ensure alignment and meet merchant needs. 利害關係人管理:具備高度人際互動能力,能有效與內部團隊及多元利害關係人(如商務團隊)合作,理解不同觀點,並建立正向關係,以確保目標一致並滿足商家需求。
4. Language Fluency: Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) for effective communication and influence. 語言能力:須具備流利的中英文(口說與書寫)能力,以利於有效溝通、影響決策並推動業務進展。
