About the Role

As the Head of US&C Driver Operations, you are an exceptional operations leader who is able to coordinate cross-functional groups to deliver on our Earners strategy across the US&C. You have a strong vision, and are passionate about the success of our earners. You are able to work with cross-functional groups and drive large-scale project management, execution and impact

You will be a core member of our US&C Mobility Leadership Team, and act as a thought partner to other members of the MLT. You will also collaborate with other Earner strategy leaders, including Earner and Marketplace Tech, Courier Ops,Marketing and CommOps leads

The US&C Earner Operations team has two primary pillars, in addition to leading our Women Preferences strategy

Driver growth and access

We power the US&C Mobility business by attracting, retaining, and reactivating high-quality, high-intent drivers, while building tailored strategies to accelerate growth among priority cohorts and removing roadblocks and barriers to access

Driver experience

We power the US&C Mobility business by delivering on earner value props to become the preferred platform for flexible work. We work hand in hand with cross-functional stakeholders to improve the earner experience by strengthening pricing and earnings systems connection to earners and making the app experience more transparent, predictable, and earner-centric

Women Preferences

We drive growth and US strategy of the Women Preferences Products in the US through increasing rider access and adoption through multiple channels, while simultaneously scaling women earner supply and evolving product reliability levers to deliver a trusted, reliable experience for riders and elevate brand favorability

As the Head of US&C Earner Operations, you will be responsible for managing these pillars, setting a strategic vision, and enabling your team to successfully operate against their OKRs

What You'll Do

- Lead a team of smart and hardworking individuals, working toward delivering our team on supply growth goals and brand preference and satisfaction objectives
- Set the strategic vision for the team, including setting priorities and OKRs for the team to work toward, and setting initiatives to enable team success. You will work with Tech leadership to ensure vision and priorities are complementary and roadmaps are tightly coordinated
- Develop and execute robust plans and initiatives to grow, engage and retain Earners in the US&C
- Lead your team as they complete analysis projects and present decks and project plans to senior leadership
- Lead our efforts to create a customer-centric culture, and to deeply reflect on the customer experience
- Work cross-functionally in a large organization by collaborating other Central Ops teams, Product, Legal, Safety, Marketing, Policy and Comms, and other cross-functional partners to achieve our US&C Earner Operations goals

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of proven experience (L7) or 7+ years of proven experience (L6) in operations, product, consulting, marketing, strategy and/or project management
- Preferred Qualifications
- Track record in managing, mentoring and motivating a team. Experience managing managers is preferred
- Experience in managing stakeholders and building relationships with cross-functional collaborators
- The ability to set strategic vision and prioritize and manage many ongoing processes and projects simultaneously and to align competing priorities
- Operational problem solving skills and the ability to deliver impact, scale solutions, and pivot strategies when necessary
- Exceptional business judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly establish high-value priorities and related strategies

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$239,000 per year - USD$265,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$239,000 per year - USD$265,500 per year.
