As part of the Uber Direct ANZ Commercial team, you will help scale a high growth product by building the operational foundations that empower our sales, strategy and enablement teams. You will partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to define how we go to market, measure success and enable our teams to win.
About the Role:
The Commercial Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving commercial performance for Uber Direct ANZ. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics and go to market execution, you will develop the tools, insights and processes that accelerate growth.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast moving, data driven environment, enjoys solving complex problems and wants to make a tangible impact on how we operate and grow.
Your Impact in the Role:
- As the Commercial Operations Manager for Uber Direct ANZ, you will be the engine that drives our go to market strategy and commercial performance.
- You will create materials, insights and tools that help our teams make better decisions and move faster. This includes building pitch decks and pricing playbooks that bring our value proposition to life, and shaping investment cases that support growth.
- You will use on this.data to design and automate reporting, forecasting and performance frameworks that keep our pipeline, targets and book of business on track.
- You will coordinate enablement and resources across the commercial organisation, working closely with cross functional teams to align priorities and ensure our go to market efforts are effective and consistent. Your work will define how Uber Direct ANZ goes to market, measures success and continues to scale.
The Experience You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics or commercial roles, ideally within technology, logistics or B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into business recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Proficiency in G Suite (specifically, Sheets & Slides), CRM tools such as Salesforce and ideally SQL or BI platforms
- A self starter who thrives in ambiguity, acts with urgency and delivers to a high standard
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in go to market operations, sales enablement or revenue operations
- Understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting or commercial planning
- Exposure to API based SaaS or on demand logistics environments
